With budgets shrinking every year and turnover rates on the rise becoming a master instructor allows you to replinish the instructors at your facility, when you most need them. The MI certificate will save your organization money by not having to send all instructors to off-site training.
Important: The reason we can make master instructors in the SafeClinch Training System is because of the new video package offered by SafeClinch. This is the way the program presentation works......
1. The presentation works like a power point presentation, but you do not need power point loaded on your computer to operate the video CD.
2. Each slide of the presentation has the name of the technique...a brief description of the technique...pictures of the technique....and the actual video instuction of the technique. You manual follows the video presentation exactly as it is on screen.
The SafeClinch Training System is a master instructor course that is taught in a three day session. Course hours will be 8:00am to 5:00pm each day. Training manuals; video presentations and instructor certificates (valid for three years) will be provided. The certificates will include the name of master instructor and the name of the organization that master instructor is assigned to. Participants need to wear comfortable clothing for mat work. It is requested that individuals come ready to participate.

- Alan Johnson (President) SafeClinch Training System
- Alan possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO and a Master's Degree in Management from Baker University in Kansas. He has work experience in both private and public prison industry of adult corrections as well as juvenile corrections and brings that knowledge to the SafeClinch Training System. His experience is in both security operations; investigations; and programs. Alan has held various management roles and has an extensive background in classroom instruction. He has instructed classes in the following areas: use of force, use of mechanical restraints, emergency procedures, verbal de-escalation skills, and CPR to name a few. He has been actively involved with the martial arts disciplines of judo and jujitsu for over 14 years; and holds advance black belt certifications. This martial arts experience, coupled with his professional work with juvenile and adult offenders, has given him the insight to recognize the necessity for staff personnel to have more tools at their disposal when dealing with hostile and aggressive clients.
